Ticketmaster held ticket “presale” purchases for “verified” P!nk fans that applied via lottery. Terms stated that up to 4 tickets could be purchased by lottery winners.   THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.  I tried various combinations, and was only able to secure one ticket at over $300 when I logged on at sale time of 10 AM EST.  Vast percentage of the presale tickets were grabbed by independent ticket agencies via bots and robodialers, as tickets immediately reappeared in Ticketmaster’s “resale” section at exorbitantly higher prices.  This is a farce, but obviously beneficial to Ticketmaster as they will now reap profits twice from initial sale and resale.  As any music/sports fan will attest- we are open to free competition if the scenario is FAIR.  Sending out presale information that stated each lottery winner was verified as not being a “bot” and had the opportunity to purchase 4 tickets that didn’t materialize is not fair nor transparent.  THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.  In this day of technology- bots and resalers must be held to a different standard and purchasing option.
