Thank you everyone for signing the petition in efforts to demand a refund for the tickets that you purchased for The Lights Festival that was supposed to happen on Pala Casino grounds. Many of you might have found this petition via Facebook. Today, on February 22, The Lights Festival deleted most of the complaints made on the events’ Facebook page. To counter this move, we have created a separate Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/refundlights/ ) to demand a refund from The Lights Festival so that they can no longer delete our comments and complaints. When they delete our comments and complaints, they attempt to save their brand and name at our financial expense. We will not be stopped and will continue to demand a refund. Please continue to send them e-mails, post on their Instagram, Tweet them, comment on their Facebook page and spread word to your networks that The Lights Festival failed their promise and must issue all of us a refund. Please continue to document your conversations with The Lights Festival and share any of your issues with us on this page. The goal is to organize a mass of people so that we can collectively be refunded. Many people have said that we have been lied to, falsely misled, and deceived. A few others have said that they received a response that The Lights festival contacted them and that The Lights Festival will issue them a refund. Be wary of trusting their word since they already misled us by presenting Pala Casino grounds the original location of the event without even checking with the Fire Marshall if it was permissible to host the event there. The relocation in Apple Valley is uncalled for and The Lights Festival failed to deliver on their product/service. This negligence is the fault of The Lights Festival and Viive Event, LLC. and we will continue to put pressure and demand a refund for all of us!
