To enable a direct access road so we can facilitate parking for 9 houses. 
This Change will help reduce stress and disagreements between residents on Fortin Way, South Ockendon. 
We currently have a green space in front of the 9 houses with no access to parking. 
Unfortunately we share a forecourt with 4 other houses who have their driveways but no dropped kerb implemented. Therefore it causes disruption and first come first serve for a parking space. Leaving people having to park a long walk from home. Especially those of us who have very small children, and some with disabilities. 
The solution is to have the access road so residents no.66- 82 can park directly on their front garden and numbers no.64-58 can park on their drive away with no disruption.
