Overturn Bulphan Fen Solar development decision

Overturn Bulphan Fen Solar development decision
A recent decision by Thurrock Council to approve plans for a Solar farm in Bulphan and surrounding areas has been met with dismay by the residents.
Not only are there serious concerns about the loss of footpaths, hedgerows and general decimation of views from residents living close to the boundaries, there is also a health and safety issue to contend with. The lithium battery (possibly one of the most environmentally unfriendly mining processes on Earth) storage facilities will be incredibly close to residents. Since there are various scientific reports suggesting pollution, harmful gases or emission issues this is worrying enough. When you add in the fact that the batteries form what is essentially a mini nuclear bomb in the event of fire (not as uncommon as you think) and no fire safety certificate has been issued as yet, these worries become seriously concerning.
Considering the vote was passed with no residents or interested members of the public present, one can only guess as to why this decision was reached. Myself and several others are considering a Judicial Review to overturn this and would love for you to come on board.
