The Issue
I was almost unwillingly charged DOUBLE for an ice cream cone at the Thorntons in Highland Park, IL. There is NO SIGN that declares a size limit on the self serve ice cream cones. If you are going to have a size limit, POST IT NEAR THE MACHINE!
