The Issue
Petition for TikTok Trust & Safety to Investigate Repeated Safety Concerns Regarding @dianahoward59
To TikTok’s Trust & Safety Team:
We are respectfully asking TikTok to conduct a comprehensive review of the account @dianahoward59 due to repeated concerns about conduct reported during TikTok LIVE broadcasts.
Community members have raised concerns involving the following alleged behavior:
* Threats involving weapons: Statements during LIVE broadcasts about wanting to fight someone with a weapon, with viewers reportedly able to identify the person being referenced from the context.
* Drinking and driving: Concerns about potentially dangerous driving behavior broadcast live. Admitting felony arson during a LIVE Broadcast.
* Harassment and bullying: Reports of repeated targeting and demeaning treatment of other individuals. Including but not limited to derogatory remarks made against peoples weight and making fun of disabled people.
* Sexual remarks: Concerns about sexual comments made during LIVE broadcasts.
* Remarks targeting transgender people: Reports of demeaning comments directed toward transgender individuals.
Recordings of relevant broadcasts are available, and community members report having submitted complaints to TikTok previously. Concerns remain about the continuation of the reported behavior.
We ask TikTok to review the available recordings, consider the context and history of the reported incidents, and determine whether the account has violated the Community Guidelines. Where violations are confirmed, we ask that appropriate enforcement action be taken.
This petition is not intended to encourage harassment, retaliation, or false reporting. We are asking for a fair review based on verifiable evidence and consistent application of TikTok’s policies.
Everyone deserves to participate in online communities without fear of credible threats of violence, targeted harassment, or hateful abuse.
We respectfully ask TikTok to take these concerns seriously, investigate the documented incidents, and help maintain a safer environment for its users.
