Support is growing and so is the evidence.

The List of Interested Persons was filed under oath with false information. My mother used her own address next to my name to block legal notice. That was not my legal address. This is proven via MVA records. That is perjury. That is a felony.

A newly reviewed lab report 3 weeks prior to the signing of this codicil, shows her white blood cell count at 19.8, nearly double the upper limit. Neutrophils were also elevated. These are not routine findings. They show physical decline and likely infection or inflammatory stress. 

This was not someone of sound mind. This was a dying woman with a failing body, sedated and vulnerable. And they moved forward with a codicil anyway.

They did not make a mistake. They created an opportunity and covered it with lies.
