They see a dying woman whose choices were rewritten. They see a grandson erased on paper while she was sedated in hospice. They see a public record that tells its own story.

And now the case sits with the State’s Attorney. It has not been dismissed. It has not been ignored. It is under active review, and that alone speaks volumes. Cases do not reach this stage unless the facts require it. Everything I uncovered, including the signature, the witnesses, the filings, the medical incapacity, and the false address, is now in their hands.
