Our Proposed Solutions

 2. Accessible Veterinary Services • Establish government-supported veterinary clinics providing free or low-cost services, especially for low-income families. • Promote spay/neuter programs to control stray animal populations humanely. 

3. Community-Based Animal Protection • Organize barangay/community “Animal Welfare Desks” where abuse can be reported. • Support local shelters and rescue groups through funding and resources. 

4. Education and Awareness • Integrate animal welfare education in schools to teach children compassion and responsibility. • Conduct nationwide campaigns promoting adoption over buying pets and responsible ownership. 

5.
