Growing up as a therian in California has not been easy. I moved to New York to start this movement small. I have faced bullying and misunderstanding in school simply because of my identity. This constant struggle has inspired me to advocate for a school where therian individuals can feel safe, accepted, and understood. We deserve an educational environment where we are free from harassment and where our unique identities are respected.

Therians are people who spiritually or psychologically identify as animals, and we often find ourselves marginalized or isolated in traditional school environments.
