I am shocked to hear that it is still legal in the UK to euthanise healthy animals. Even the RSPCA, Battersea and Blue Cross - known to the public as charities that rescue animals and that receive many donations - are doing this many times a year. This has to stop in 2017! Neuter, spay and re-educate animals, but don't kill them.
