Please can everyone sign my petition to keep my nepalease husband here with me in the uk He has been refused his visa which we are appealing and going to court soon. My husband is fluent in English, knows our culture, he has a job to start if his visa is granted, has full support from my friends and family and we would never want to claim public funds which seems is the home offices main concern. The home office say there is no reason that I can't move to Nepal but I do not know the language or the culture. I first met my husband soon after he came to England as a student, we have been together 4 years and married for 1 year. He has been fully accepted into my family and is part of our local community. Why try to move us to Nepal and face discrimation there when we are happy and settled here ! Please sign the petition and help keep my husband here with me ! I am a British citizen surely I have the right to a family life with my husband here in the uk And for those of you not knowing about nepalease people I'm sure you will be familiar when I say ghurka soliders who have helped our country over the years, all kind, caring nationals. It seems you have to be very rich and earning lots of money to fall in love these days. We just want to spend our happily married life here in the uk ! We didn't / don't think it's so much to ask when he's not going to be a burden in anyway
