KC Assured Breeders with full KC backing have unlawfully entered the homes of buyers of their pups, committed serious acts of violence towards families then stolen paid for puppies because they wanted them back, even after exchanging money with buyers. The Kennel Club know this is being committed by the same breeders repeatedly yet refuse to act against those criminal breeders because they are members of the ABS. They have also been known to not comply with ABS regulations and have pups and dogs in large quantities living at homes other than their own. These are never visited. 

Buyers are not safe when they buy from these appalling breeders supported by the KC.We want these to be banned for life and all stolen or fraudulently transferred dogs forced to be returned to the owners and not being used as cash cows for ABS members.

We want with immediate effect every KC registration to also carry an ownership certificate that has to be signed by 2 people that witness the sale NOT the BUYER, NOT the seller, because the Kennel Club are knowingly allowing dog thefts to be carried out by ABS members , the police will not act because they are under the false impression that a KC paper means you own the dog, but you do NOT. 

Every person selling a puppy MUST also provide an ownership certificate. This needs to be witnessed by two independent people not associated with the buyer. NO ONLINE transfer should be accepted by the Kennel Club without 2 independent signatures not linked with the person transferring, a clause should be added stating that if any transfer is submitted that is fraudulent then the Kennel Club will ban any person found doing this for life and any dog must be returned to the original registrant.Any person stating she cant find the KC papers should be removed from the ABS and be banned for 1 year. Original IMPORTERS MUST be given back their dogs and ANY financial losses incurred by original owners should be paid for by the Kennel Club Insurers as it's their registry at fault.They should then pursue legal action against the fraudster.

The Kennel Club must alter their registration applications and require 2 independent signatures not connected with the person transferring the dogs registration papers. NO online application will be accepted without the passport or photo ID of the person selling the dog. Fraudsters should NOT be profiting from dogs they do NOT LEGALLY OWN .

 Puppy farming and Dog Thefts are being allowed because the Kennel Club will NOT ACT AGAINST THESE CRIMINALS
