a dog will only behave the way it has been brought up if the owner teaches the dog to bite and play fight .... what do you expect to happen the dog will only do what it has been told to do if you let your child hit and smack and pull your dogs leg what do you expect to happen .... if I hit smacked you and pulled ur leg you would turn as well as dog should have rights .... so don't go on saying all dogs are bad because there NOT ........ yes it is sad that this has happened but before everyone starts opening there mouth look at the owners and see what actually caused this .... what people really need to know is that anmails was here before us so what right do we have to decide to kill anmails when it was probley the owners fault........ solution is dog lincene ... investigation on a dog matter looking at all ways to see if the dog was miss treated and caused it to attack ...... stronger laws .......
