need to make sports more affordable for all, to get more people in to sports i believe this would reduce the cost of getting involved in sports and support development of new talent in poorer areas such as equine, golf and tennis may help reduce over beastie.

plus it would support local business in the spotting industry by reducing the cost of coaching and teaching   and may encourage more people to take up leisure industry jobs and training.
