i think that teachers should be trianing during the school holidays.

we as parents can be fined for taking our children on holidays and missing 2 days of school as the goverment say we are disrupting our childrens education.

how can it be okay for teachers to take 2 days out of term time for training when they have just had the same amount of time off as the children?

i know this to be true as so many teachers advertise themselves as private tutors during the holidays

if we as parents can be fined for missing 2 days of our childrens education then i think teachers should train during the school holidays and not cause our children to miss days of their education

we need a level playing field to improve all childrens education
