We want to create a new specific ombudsman with the role of holding politicians accountable and ensuring they face a punishment for any promises with no intention of fulfilment within their manifesto and campaigns. 

Our aim is to raise the voter turnout from 62% to a higher and more acceptable percentage. Considering our vote helps determine the future of the electorate, we believe it is too low.

70% of the people we surveyed have little or no trust in the government and their MP, and the people who revealed that they choose not to vote used this reason specifically, as they believed the majority of politicians choose to be in favour of their political party rather than the constituency they are 'representing', therefore we believe this will help us to achieve our aim of increasing voter turnout.
