We've reached 1000 please share our petition to ban sectarian hate!

Dear supporter, thankyou so much for signing my petition. We have reached 1000 supporters and need to build momentum while the tragic death of Mr Shah is still fresh in the memory of the British public. Ahmadis reject violent jihad under any circumstances and believe that religion is personal, not political - for this reason they have been accused of being 'agents of Israel and the British government' by Khatme Nabuwat. Khatme Nabuwat first started agitating against Ahmadis in Pakistan. Since then, Ahmadis have left Pakistan in their droves but Khatme Nabuwat have followed them across Asia, North America and Europe, where they have set up organisations dedicated to 'educating' Muslims into boycotting and ostracising Ahmadis. Even more worryingly, they have sent out leaflets telling ordinary Muslims that Ahmadis are 'deserving of death'. The death of Mr Shah was a long time coming, - it came after years of protests by Ahmadi leaders against the activities of Khatme Nabuwat and other hate preachers in the UK. Consecutive governments have stayed away from legislating on these issues, arguing that these are 'internal Muslim issues' - ironic considering Khatme Nabuwat consider Ahmadis apostates deserving of death. This is not an 'internal Muslim issue'. It is an issue that affects British citizens who came to the UK fleeing persecution, looking for safety. It is our duty to stand up for these people. If we truly wish to defeat terror, we need to support and strengthen the Muslims who have been on the frontline of political Islamist terror from way before the West even realised the dangers these groups posed. Attached to this email is an article on a suicide attack against Ahmadis in Bangladesh, it shows the impact of Khatme Nabuwat as they grow bolder. Don't let it happen here.
