Silent treatment from DWP

Ever since being fobbed off with more lies and covering up, Dorset Waste Partnership are now giving me the silent treatment. They are not replying to my correspondence and therefore not answering any of my valid questions. All I want to know is the following; 1: Why Tim called me to tell me a grey and white cat had been collected on the Monday. 2: Why Tim told me the freezers were in the middle of the sticks and were not manned. 3: Why the story changed when I demanded to get Elmo's body back. 4: Why they sent me an editable spreadsheet where my incident was the only one written in past tense. 5: Why wasn't I sent the original call in log like I requested. 6: Why have they treated me in such an uncaring manner, including Mike Moon insinuating that I was a liar. 7: Lastly and most importantly, what did they do with my Elmo.
