National Issue

From the comments and 'Google' it appears that this isn't an issue thats just localised to Dorset Waste Partnership - although their lies do need to be seriously addressed! This is a national issue and the laws need to be put into place to ensure deceased animals are scanned and returned to owners, when no chip can be found then a description should be released to enable all owners the chance of getting their beloved fur-babies home and for closure. I would give anything to have Elmo back, even if it was the chance to lay my boy to rest. I don't want anyone else to shed tears over not knowing when it wasn't necessary, I don't want anymore children asking to find their best friend that will sadly just stay 'missing' forever, I don't want anymore families desperately searching for a beloved pet that has already been sadly disposed of. Together we can stop this practice!
