More covering up...?

I spoke with Mike Moon today who is the Head of Service (Operations). It was an extremely disappointing email I received from him and the follow up phone call was disheartening. He had spoken with Tim (the first person that called me) and Tim had again denied telling me that a grey and white cat had been collected and had denied any wrongdoing and as far as Mike was concerned that was pretty much the end of it. He denied that the log I was sent (I have attached it here) had been amended, even though the one regarding two cats ending up being a badger is the only one written in past tense and so has therefore clearly been altered from the original logging of the finding. I asked Mike the following and received the following responses.... - Why was I told on the Thursday that a grey and white cat had been collected from the bypass on Monday morning? Mike said that Tim denied telling me this so therefore he hadn't done so. - Why was I told that the freezer was in the middle of the sticks and was unmanned and had no phone like? Mike said that Tim denied telling me this, so again he hadn't done so. I tried explaining to Mike that if Tim hadn't of told me what he had then I would not be in this situation right now, all he kept saying was that Tim had denied it all, basically calling me a liar. I tried explaining to Mike that I have no reason to lie, Tim does! Seems like they are all just covering for each other....!
