MY STORY SO FAR... I got a notification on Saturday, 5th November 2016 regarding an appointment accidentally missed on 28th July 2016. Even though I was told by a Service Centre operative that I wouldn't be sanctioned on the 3rd of August 2016 I got sanctioned in November 2016. I had a 15-day sanction imposed upon me that resulted in having £135.20 stolen from me. Then I received another notification to say that I was being sanctioned for December and it was more severe... A 28-day sanction where I had £291.20 stolen from me. This sanction came about through my former work coax, Tricky Vicky, raising a "concern" that was eventually unfounded and right in front her line manager, Denial Delilah, who has yet to give me a written response to my formal complaint against my former work coax. Here: https://www.change.org/p/theresa-may-mp-cease-welfare-assistance-sanctions/u/19069703 Anyway, despite being proven wrong to have expressed a "concern", work coax, Tricky Vicky, did not want to revoke her suspicions to state that I did not do enough "work activity" - right up until the very end whereby the people at the Service Centre could have possibly retracted the 28-day sanction. So, I am down £426.40 - nearly half a grand and these idiots think that I can afford to lose it and for no good reason. Assholes! Anyway, I was forced to apply for a hardship fund loan; I call it the "HardShit Fun" as the people who have caused the hardship have put me in debt with not only institutions that I owe money to i.e. gas, electric, phone and broadband - to name a few - but I have to repay this HardShit Fun money. I am due to receive my Universal Credit payment later on next week and there are no sanctions on it but the HardShit Fun people are going to take £120-odd from my personal allowance and that will effectively bring me back to the situation that I was in for the month of November 2016. Do you see how freaking stupid these people are? And in the month of February 2017, they will take a further £60-odd to clear what I "owe" from the HardShit Fun. Freaking great! MANDATORY RECONSIDERATION NOTICE RESPONSE When I saw my work coax, Keep It Simple Susan come Stephanie Stepford, Thursday gone, she gave me a phone to call up the Service Centre to find out what is going on with my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice. It should have taken 28 days for someone to make a decision on it and get back to me. My Mandatory Reconsideration Notice was received, by the appropriate channels, on 30th November. Some muppet neglected to send my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice after it had arrived the second week in November. Anyhoo... They had the whole month of December and up until the 19th of January, so, it is well over 28 days! And I cannot believe that can take longer than a day to decide whether or not the reasons given in my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice exonerates me or not. I am not too sure about the law on this but I think that sanctions should be annulled if a decision maker is unable to make a decision within 28 days. It is only fair! Did I tell you that these people are psychotic? IN SUMMARY I have been systematically and consecutively sanctioned since 2013 and for no good reason as I keep winning my tribunals. I expect to win the tribunal based upon the sanctions for November & December 2016. But in the meantime, I have to struggle to keep up with the bills and so on. It is a bit of a drain this constant strain to make ends meet. Do these assholes think that these continual sanctions will enable me to find a job faster? Well, I am going to keep standing firm. I am going to keep fighting this shit. I am going to win!
