Hey, Dear Readers! It is brilliant to see you as always! I hope that you are keeping well and staying positive! I know, it is very hard to keep a positive mindset when you are suffering because you have been sanctioned. You are unable to pay some bills, you are overdrawn when the state of your account could have been in the clear, you have incurred bank charges, you have people calling you up asking for payment... I am going through the exact same thing! Look, the milk has been spilled. Now it is a case of operation clean up and, possibly prevention... Yes, as I have stated in a previous update, I am looking to take things higher! As high as I possibly can! Purposeful vexation which means that I do not let the anger bring me down. Instead, I am looking to get justice and to stop getting sanctioned for no reason! THE MOTIONS Yesterday, I had a double appointment: CV building with a representative from the National Careers Service (NCS) and the standard check-in with my work coax. As I have stated before, the work coax - at least in JCP Enfield - are all about funneling their clients into customer services jobs. I thought I would conduct an experiment to see if I could (a) get a CV created even though I have NEVER worked in customer services before in my life and (b) see if it would be as easy as the work coaxes think to get a job in that industry. Personally, I have no interest in customer services. I have stated already that I am going to be a Vegan Chef/Cook. I just gotta see this customer services CV - what will it entail, seeing as my current work experience is all Graphic & Multimedia Designer based? I also asked for a CV aimed at being a Vegan Chef/Cook. Yes, well, I have my certificate in Food Safety in Catering and that will sit nicely on my Vegan CV! According to the person helping me, these CVs should be ready by Monday or Tuesday! Cool! AN INJECTION OF SANITY I had met this lovely man in the National Careers Service before. Yes, my former work coax, Tricky Vicky, sent me to have a CV done even though I told the woman that I have a CV already! Not being one to blow my own trumpet but I have done CVs for friends who have landed jobs; I know what I am doing - most of the time! Lol! :D I think it is almost a year since I met the NCS guy! He's the one who told me to think about self-employment upon looking at my CV that I brought in on a flash drive. I think I will refer to this lovely man as "Merlin". He reminds me of a wizard. He hadn't forgotten me and gave me a very warm welcome. Merlin also remembered my business idea and thought that I was busy getting on with it as he hadn't heard from me. Anyway, he was shocked to see that I was being funneled into customer services, "But that's not what you want to do, is it?" No. "Why are they telling you to go for customer services when you want to do something else?" Merlin then said, "Just see it as a minor setback... You will be successful in what you want to do..." I wish the work coaxes could be like Merlin. I was so very happy to hear those words as it confirms that I am not insane and that my approach to finding work is a better one. At the moment, my current work coax is applying the let's throw a bunch of shit at the wall and see what sticks method to looking for work. I call this method the "Headless Chicken Employment Strategy". Again, the irony is that the Headless Chicken method prolongs unemployment. Merlin was very angry on my behalf because of the consecutive sanctions. Again, sanctions just mess up your shit! If I was Johnny Dodge Work I would be able to understand why I have been targeted for systematic sanctioning. My sanctions come just in time for Xmas - each and every time since 2013! So, it does look as though someone is sitting there applying these sanctions in order to wreck my enjoyment of the Winter Holidays. I have a feeling who that person is. I will have to dig up the files on my first sanction way back in 2013. This guy is a petty cowardly piece of scum. When I win my case I intend to release his name. He's an asshole! Sorry, there is no other way to put it. Anyway, I beat him once (in a tribunal) and I can beat him again. What a piece of shit coward like him does is to make sure that my name is flagged up on the system and other petty minded scumbags are able to mess with me at around the same time which is September, October for the sanction or sanctions to take effect during the Xmas period! It happens way too often to be a coincidence. I have paperwork to substantiate my claims. I fight on!
