Hi again, Readers! I hope that all is well as can be expected - especially if you, like me, have been consecutively sanctioned and without justification or anything that resembles logic. It is so bloody annoying, to say the least! And if you, like me, are super-active in looking for work, then you'll know how disruptive and destructive it is to be continually targeted with prejudice. THE TRUTH & MOUNTING EVIDENCE Somewhere in JCP Enfield lies the truth regarding my recent sanctions. I know the truth from my side of the equation but, as you know, if the truth is not being acknowledged by the other side then they will continue to do what they think they can get away with. They might be feeling great now, however, I am gathering irrefutable evidence that will expose my former work coach, "Tricky Vicky", and her line manager, "Denial Delilah". I like that... I just now made that up, 'Denial Delilah' = 'De Liar' the Liar in Denial = deny all. The line manager, Denial Delilah, knows that the second sanction, December 2016, could have been prevented as she sat in on the meeting with my former work coach, Tricky Vicky, in which we dispelled some myths! My former work coach looked stupid at the end of that meeting, but it is not my fault that the woman is stupid. I reckon that is part of the reason why she did not want to retract her "concern". The other part is that she wanted to gain some commission on the 28-day sanction. Her overall manager, "Cowardly Andy", might have been in on the action too! In any event, I have received some evidence that gives great credence to my suspicions. You know what they say? "The Devil is in the details," and I have an eye for inconsistencies. When more than one person tells a lie the more chance there is of inconsistencies in the thread. The person supplying this new evidence may or may not realize that I have uncovered a few incoherent plot twists that point to deliberate foul play! What's more is that the line manager, Denial Delilah, is trying to play down her part in my 28-day sanction. She hasn't given me an official response to my complaint other than to acknowledge it. There is no feedback other than to say that I shouldn't have recorded the meeting with my former work coach and a witness who is also a work coach. Who was there for me as a witness? Ans: NO-FREAKING-BODY! It is a good thing that I am able to speak for myself and not intimidated by these people trying to exert some kind of authority over me. I just don't recognize authority in the form of lies - especially when those lies are against me! Denial Delilah quoted the law on privacy but it seems to have escaped her notice that my former work coach transgressed the law on bullying and Age Discrimination. DUMBFOUNDED Somehow, I get the feeling that the person who has just supplied me with the latest evidence thinks that I am at fault. If that's what this person thinks then it is a great shame as this person appears to be very intelligent. Still, I have been given the form in which to request the recordings of the telephone calls to the Universal Credit Service Centre. If the recordings aren't tampered with then I am confident in the extreme that I will get the stolen money back! It's still a waiting game for the moment. Can you believe that I am still waiting for a response to my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice? These people intend on drawing it out for as long as possible! These people are evil and very, very sick in the head! I wish some decent media outlets would take up this story! When people talk "conspiracy" they get looked at sideways! And, depending on how outlandish the theory is and who it is coming from i.e. the likes of David Icke, it can make for a source of great entertainment. But here we have a very true story of people conspiring to rob me of my legal entitlements and nothing! My story, if told as is and to the right people, could put an end to the DWP/JCP/Universal Credit stealing money from the vulnerable! Where are the lawyers when you need them? Every once in a while, I get some robot calling me about being in a car accident and that I can sue. Why don't I get calls regarding suing the DWP/JCP/Universal Credit for wrongful sanctions, sabotage, and age discrimination, huh? All I can do is present this evidence to my local MP, the Right Honorable Joan Ryan. I am not playing at all. I want this targeting to stop. I want Welfare Assistance Sanctions to cease once and for all! Oh, well... I will keep you updated!
