Hi there, Dear Readers!
Gosh! I hope that you are managing to stay healthy in this spate of harsh, cold weather! Today, in London, we had gale force winds, a bit of rain, a bit of snow and then we had some sunshine! It's 17:44 and it is very dark and cold outside... Anyway, it has been a short while since I have written an update... So, here I am writing one... Please, if you have been heavily sanctioned and consecutively like I have been, keep strong! Get support from the usual sources, family, friends, CAB, and Food Bank! Ride the storm out! Keep thinking about the future! Think about instigating a tribunal should your Mandatory Reconsideration Notice receive a rejection. Again, I am still waiting for a decision on mine... I will update you when I get some news! And now, without further ado...
REQUESTS
As part of my preparation for the event of a tribunal, I have requested to have a copy of the phone calls made to the insidious Service Centre and for any notes made by my former work coach regarding this latest 28-day sanction. I originally asked for the phone recordings at least a couple of weeks ago and I was told to send a written request to the clandestine Service Centre. I thought the better of it due to the possibility of it getting lost in the Xmas post. I did ask the line manager for those items to no avail. In fact, I am still waiting for the line manager to give me a written reply to my official formal complaint against my former work coach. Does this woman think I am kidding? She's nuts if she thinks that a new work coach resolves the situation.
As it happens, my new work coach is brilliant! I so appreciate that she is cognitive and verbally clear which is a stark contrast to my former work coach. There are still some creases to iron out but I am very, very sure that we shall get there! Another great attribute of my new work coach is that she gets things done! I make a request for something - in this case, I am asking for the phone recordings and written records held by my former work coach (the written records are called WSP; don't ask me what the acronym stands for). My new work coach encouraged me to post the form that handles the request in-house so that it doesn't get lost.
A part of me is now wondering if the form will be looked at and that the items that I have requested are now being rewritten in favour of my former work coach. But, I am going to put my faith, yet again in someone else, and hope for the best. However, I do believe that I have great evidence thus far! Should I get the recordings of the phone calls I made to the Service Centre I will be vindicated outright!!!

Today was the second time this week that I saw my new work coach; I saw her yesterday and had to come in to get the data request form sent off.
Yesterday, I saw another work coach that I made a small complaint about, Callous Karen as she boarded the bus that I was on. We made eye contact, I gave her a nod of acknowledgement and she gave me daggers! LMAO!
Today, I saw my former work coach whilst waiting to see my new one and she gave me a look that could make milk curdle! Gosh! LMFAO! What can I do, huh? I don't hate these people as I really do not know them outside of JCP Enfield. NO! I just hate what they do! Some people derive great pleasure from the discomfort that they cause to others. I do hate that my former work coach is still allowed to keep her job as I know that if it were me, and I abused someone at my workplace, I would expect to be fired. Or at the very least, suspended with pay (yeah, I can dream) pending an investigation. Her line manager seems to be covering for her. Bullying and Age Discrimination are illegal in the working environment and this law extends to the clientele. Some people get overconfident in their roles and go over the line with people. I did try to absorb it but, as you know, I couldn't contain it any longer.
All I can do is to keep the pressure on the line manager to take my complaint seriously. My former work coach should not be flashing me evil looks; this tells me that her line manager is being complacent and I will not stand for that.
