Hi there, Dear Readers! It is wonderful to see you as always! I want you to stay strong and focused! I want you to realize that YOU have The Power! We all have The Power but a majority of us squander this amazing power to the desire to want to be entertained. The media, in case you don't know it, is just a means to brainwash the populous! Did you cry when a couple of soap characters met their demise??? Really??? You did??? You have too much time on your hands and you're not that badly affected by being sanctioned. What??? You did not get sanctioned because you are one of the lucky ones to have a job? Do you think that you are impervious to becoming unemployed and/or seriously ill overnight? Think again! This evil government policy to sanction the vulnerable affects us all! Let's say you work in a supermarket, you are trying to make ends meet and doing as many hours as possible. Now, with the vulnerable and not so vulnerable being sanctioned, your supermarket - the one you are so proud of working in - will be subject to a rise in shoplifters. An increase in shoplifting will mean that there will be financial losses and that your hours will be cut down or you may even lose your job! I have seen many shoplifters getting caught recently. The shoplifters aren't the type you would suspect. These are elderly people stuffing items in their pockets, young (presumably single) mothers, and those who you might consider to be lower middle class. What do all these people have in common? Let me rephrase that... What do all these types of people have in common in relation to the supermarket? Can you guess? I will tell you. They are stealing food! They are not trying to lift DVDs, expensive makeup, perfume, aftershave, etc, they are lifting food! Food, for crying out loud! This is 21st Century Britain. It is a very sad thing to see young women with her children being detained by store detectives and all you see her lifting is plain food! In my local supermarket, I talk with people on security and they tell me all of the above as does the other workers. They all feel bad that people have been driven to steal food! Me? I have been tempted but as a Born Again Vegan, it is going to look very conspicuous to have a bag of carrots down the front of my trousers or a melon under my shirt. And as it is my local and people know me, it would look very shameful indeed to get caught stealing. All I have to do is just turn up to another supermarket and the security is tracking my every move because I am not a regular. Plus I wear a bandana and wearing a bandana must mean that I am a bad man. A very bad man! Yes, it is bloody annoying when store security profiles me based on 80s stereotypes... Oh, well... What can I do? Don't steal! Go to your local Food Bank instead! THE VOICE OF REASON Right Honorable Joan Ryan MP for Labour is said to be writing to my JCP on my behalf! That is so wonderful! I am so grateful for her help, Again, those sanctions are nonsensical. And my former work coach does need to be relieved of her post as she is not fit for duty! I have no idea as to what will happen but in the meantime, I am gathering evidence that will clear my name. Incontrovertible evidence that will show how I have been set up to receive undue sanctions. JCP Enfield is as corrupt as they come! When I get more info i.e. the result of Rt Hon Joan Ryan's input, I will let you know! I will continue to fight on!
