HAPPY NEW 12 MONTH CYCLE! WELCOME TO 2017! In my last update, DWP JCP WORKERS: THE PERSONIFICATION OF EVIL, I revealed to you the kind of system that we are dealing with. It is Satanic, but not in the sense of what is depicted in horror movies. From what I can see, Satanism pertains to the self; ego. I showed you how DWP/JCP staff (and people in general) can quite easily and jollily pander to their egos. As a result of indulging into one's ego, one can become overly egocentric thus drunk with a sense of power and then abuse that sense of having power by inflicting idiocy upon others just because one believes that he or she can. As a man, I can look back at some awful cringeworthy moments where I went through a phase of being a bully when I started puberty. Because of my physical prowess, at the time, I would try to get others to do by my will. I do apologize for what I have done in the name of being bad ass motherf*****. The truth is that I was a victim of bullying and becoming a bully was one way to avoid being bullied and to have a sense of striking back when I was in a place of total helplessness. Again, I am sorry! THE SATANIC SYSTEM OF FOOLS As with any system, there is a chain... There is a hierarchal structure. We have seen it time and time again in just about every social aspect of our lives. In a group of friends, a clique is formed and anyone outside that clique is usually unfairly criticized and ostracized. Again, that is a form of bullying. And this is just at the start of nursery or infant school. Then there is the church - not that the church is very popular these days! But when I used to go to church with my Pop many, many Moons ago, I used to see fellow "Christians" laugh at his appearance. Both my Pop and I were ostracized by some church members. Why? I am not sure, however, such was my experience attending church as a child. Oh, when I became a young adult and attended a "white" church through my involvement with the Boys Brigade movement I noticed that the more "black" the parishioners became the more the "white" parishioners thinned out into nothingness. Then at work, we'd come to respect the chain of command! Big boss! Manager! Supervisor! One day, we could become any one of the titles above! In retrospect, it is so funny to see... Big boss feels the need to throw his or her weight around by the implication of a stupid rule/idea, the manager becomes the enforcer of this idea, the supervisor(s) makes sure that nobody steps out of line. It is exactly the same with DWP/JCP workers. A majority of the time the so-called "work coach" knows that what he or she is doing is senseless but they have been given their orders. If these JCP workers do not comply then there is a chance that they could be demoted or lose their job entirely. Once again, this invisible but omnipresent force that is fear plays a significant part in people conforming to foolishness. DWP/JCP workers mostly comply to foolish commands because they fear losing respect from their colleagues and, ultimately, their jobs. There aren't many who would take a stand and refuse outright to comply to that which does not make any sense. From when I realized this system of fools, I could not comply with stupid and therefore unfair commands. I just won't do it. I remember my former boss putting me up for promotion to become a supervisor and I had to refuse because I didn't appreciate my boss' sometimes unreasonable instructions. I did not and do not want to become the right hand of a fool. I saw that things could be done differently and for the better and if I, as a supervisor, could not implement these ideas then it was not going to be worth my while - even if the pay was a little higher. I have also observed that people who take the role of the supervisor develop a psychosis that included amnesia whereby such persons forgets that they were ever an ordinary worker. Such is the price to pay for advancement. Such "supervisors" become the extension of foolishness. Again, I can't do that. SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL? Yes, it is great to have a heart and feel sorry for these egotistical and idiotic DWP/JCP workers - especially the poor feeble minded work coach! But at the end of the day, the "work coach" is playing with your life! I strongly urge you not to let a work coach squander your time and what you can contribute to society. As I have said in other updates, I do regret letting my Tricky Vicky (my term for a crap, evil female work coach, the male equivalent is Dim Tim) run riot with my employment career and life! If you love doing a particular thing and you can get paid for doing it then that's a job of a lifetime. I wish I had ejected Tricky Vicky earlier. Make no bones about it, the work coach works for YOU! If your work coach is not doing right by you then, by all means, sack him or her. What you will find happening is that the evil work coach is just looking to get you sanctioned for the most idiotic of reasons if he or she is unable to or unwilling to play to your strengths in the bid to get you a job that matches your skills. You have got to ensure that you safeguard yourself. Do not let anybody working for the DWP/JCP put you off your job goal or goals. You know who you are and what you can do, so, just do it! Again, if you have a Tricky Vicky or Dim Tim I urge you to ask the management for another work coach and to put in a formal complaint as to why you can't work with your work coach any further. When I told my former Tricky Vicky's line manager that I can't work with her (Tricky Vicky) anymore and refuse to see her again, the line manager seemed genuinely surprised. Anyone with a modicum of sense could see that I didn't want to work with my Tricky Vicky because she was very incoherent. But at the same time, Tricky Vicky was very manipulative and her gameplay was not going to help me in any way! So, Tricky Vicky had to go! One day, I hope to be able to tell that story in all its glory! I am still hoping for some media interest. Most of all, I just want to let you know that YOU have the power and these people will give you what they think you will take. So, do not take any foolishness! Come stronger for 2017! Do not let anyone take you for a fool! The reason why Tricky Vicky lasted for so long is because I, foolishly, gave her the benefit of doubt and I was hoping that she'd be able to see and understand who I am. Once I saw that this woman was... Uhm... How do I put it mildly? Once I saw that this woman was belligerently ignorant and proud, I knew that there was no hope for her. No hope for us relating to each other with respect and trust. She had to go! 2017 I am waiting for the written feedback to my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice to determine if I will instigate a tribunal or not. I did not intend upon instigating yet another tribunal but £400-odd is a lot to lose and I have to get that money back! Do not get mad as that is what they want. Get super-logical, super-observant and destroy the feeble decisions to sanction your legal entitlements outright! It's not that difficult as the reasons behind the sanction or sanctions are practically nonexistent! Happy 2017! Here's to victories! Here's to taking our power back!
