Good day, Readers! I hope that all is well with you and yours! And, if you are, like me, unfortunate to have been sanctioned - especially in the Winter Holidays - I am sending out strength to you! Hold on! Wait for the mysterious decision makers to return his/hers/their verdict in writing... If the verdict is "the decision still applies" then do not panic! Instead, you need to launch a tribunal! Sadly, the CAB volunteers (where I live) are mostly up themselves and are clueless. But please do not let me put you off going to see your CAB! There are some good people knocking around still! Me? Well, the woman I saw at the time was too arrogant to listen to anything I had to say. At one point she went back to, who I assume is her supervisor or line manager, and I could see them both laughing at my expense. I sent a letter of complaint, as you do when the CAB displays a poster on the wall regarding complaints, and the response was pretty idiotic - very disappointing to say the least. As a result, I stopped going to my local CAB - not even for Food Bank Vouchers! And to think that I was considering doing some voluntary work to help people out! Gosh! If you read my last update, The Milgram Experiment vs. Sadistic JCP Workers, you will understand that I cannot work for fools - especially not in a voluntary capacity! Anyways, do not be afraid to go it alone when you instigate a tribunal! You do not need a representative. REMEMBER: What you need is common sense coupled with cold hard logic. That's how I have won my tribunals! And now for... THE PERSONIFICATION OF EVIL Evil, the Devil, etc are very interesting concepts. More so because some of us speak to an imaginary friend on these matters. In fact, according to our former intrepid leader, Dave Cameron, this is a "Christian country", yet his policies and legacy are of pure evil! But somehow the UK, during the Winter Holidays, make such a big deal of attending mass! Yeah, mass deception! We have been indoctrinated from childhood to externalize the concepts of good and evil through religion. When we are good, we feel the need to somehow make a big show of it. And when we are bad, we just go to church and ask for forgiveness. Your bad deeds have been absolved. Cool! I wish it were that easy! I am still feeling the aftermath from being serially sanctioned starting from 2013! CLOUD 9 As always, you will get some who are on a higher cloud than the rest of us and you get some that think bad is good and good is bad. Is it any wonder that mental illnesses are breaking out like a flu virus? "He's gone potty!" "She's lost her wig!" Most of us are shot in the head with these indoctrinations, interpretations of what is good and evil. You gotta be cruel to be kind. Yeah, right! When we externalize our wills and deeds into these external forces I think it makes some of us do stupid, evil things consciously and enjoy it! Cognitive dissonance! Okay, sometimes such ideology can work in the bedroom, "You have been naughty... You must be punished..." Why not? It's consensual adult fun. But outside of the bedroom, only chaos can ensue. Only chaos and disruption. TRICKY VICKY & DIM TIM Let's not beat around the bush here... This externalization of good and evil - especially evil - is practised by the JCP workers i.e. "work coaches". Some of these people calling themselves "work coaches" "line managers" and "general managers" really believe that this is part of the job; being evil towards the clientele. Some love to exert what they think of as "power" over the clientele. Sadly, some bow to this false power. The clientele does as they are told. Very sadly, some clients are too demonstrative in showing the unreasonable "work coach" the error of his or her way or ways. Please! When you find yourself in front of an evil, petty minded "work coach" who is grinning like an imbecile at your discomfort to the utter crap they are saying, do not react with threatening behaviour or violence. This is what they want! As soon as you give to your anger in the form of aggression is when they can ban you from the JCP! It'll make it harder for you to receive your legal entitlement to welfare assistance. What you should do is the following: 01. Try to record what your petty, evil work coach is doing and saying on video or with a dictaphone. The dictaphone recording may not be admissible in a legal courtroom but, apparently, a video could get this "work coach" fired. It is a great shame that I didn't record videos of my evil, crazy clown work coach - she would have been fired in an instant! Such recordings could help you in a tribunal to recall the events in great detail. 02. Ask for your work coach's line manager and ask the line manager about submitting a formal complaint. If memory serves (no pun intended), my formal complaint against my Tricky Vicky (as I call the crap female work coach variant) spanned 15 A4 pages. Next month, when I see my new work coach, I will be speaking to the line manager about my complaint which has been acknowledged. 03. Ask the line manager for a new work coach. Again, not everybody working for the JCP are evil; some workers do try to help when they are able. But I know that many good people working for the JCP have pressure put on them to treat the clientele like crap. It is only the weak ones who embraces the evil. They probably believe that it is for our own good. My former Tricky Vicky said, probably in all good consciousness, "What if there was not a welfare system in place? What would you do?" What she did not factor in that stupid statement is she wouldn't be sat before me spouting such nonsense. She'd have no job! Do you think that she makes the most of her job? Hell (pun intended) no! She's happy to sit there knowing that she's getting paid to get under people's skin! You ask her to do any real work and she loses the plot! Back in 2013, I had a Dim Tim who sabotaged my efforts to be self-employed. If I had known what I know now, I would have made a formal complaint and asked for another work coach. I did make some kind of complaint and the guy is still working there today! What did I expect, right? He should have been fired. But you have to remember that you are practically dealing with a Satanic cult - if you like! Please, do not panic with regards to the "Satanic cult". Instead think about this: The evil work coaches, line managers, and general managers know that the system that they are a part of is wholly unreasonable. This is why people are winning their tribunals against these "sanctions". Understand that if you make a formal complaint not much is going to happen if you are expecting the evil work coach to be punished. But at least there will be a record that you had issues with your Tricky Vicky or Dim Tim (Dim Tim is the crap male variant). If you are not satisfied with how the JCP line manager or manager handled your complaint you can then take it to the body called Independent Case Examiner. The Tories cannot take away what you are born with - no matter how elite the Tories think they are. What the Tories have committed - especially this year alone - is treason.
