How to tell if you have a stupid work coach! The first sign that your work coach is unintelligent is that he or she will display an inability to discern you - a highly motivated go-getter - from someone who is actively trying to dodge work. If that's the case your work coach will not give a crap about who you are and what you are capable of. You will find that your work coach, he or she, is so petrified to take positive initiatives that they will often sabotage your own efforts. They will also hijack your own initiatives and pass them off as their own. One major telltale sign is the inability to listen. Stupid work coach would just wait until your lips stop moving because all he or she wants to do is to put forward his or her stupid agenda. Oddly, their agenda wastes so much time that you'd be better off doing what you know you need to do to get work. Your work coach plays stupid mind games; essentially, your work coach wants the last word. It doesn't matter how stupid their proposals or directives are they must have the last word. The purpose of having the last word is to make he or she feel that they are in command and for you to know it! You say something positive and your work coach has to turn it into a negative. Wanna be self-employed? Uh-uh! Your work coach won't support it self-employment as he or she believes that your idea will never take off! Besides, most business startups take a good while to start making any money let alone a profit. As a result, you will be still relying on a state subsidy and therefore you will be discouraged from going the self-employment route. I tell you... Work coaches are incredibly dumb. They remind me of those Nazis who claim that they were just "following orders". But you can see it in their imbecilic faces that they enjoy tormenting their clients. They love it! I think some of them consciously or subconsciously want to be physically assaulted, a) being physically assaulted they can play the victim knowing full well that they've driven a person to that state of being and b) they know that the client would be banned from claiming at that particular JCP. Work coaches are also cowards; they pick on clients that will let them get away with obnoxious and illegal behaviour. I urge you to get secretly film them. These people are nasty! Yes, over 600 signatures and counting! We need so much more! Please keep sharing! Even if you are working it is important to understand that a majority of claimants want to be independent. And think about people who have a disability or are very ill. It is hard to deal with being sanctioned as the vulnerable rely on the welfare assistance. I don't really like the term "benefit" because it is not like we're off abroad on holiday and living the life of Riley! Quite the opposite! We're here in the thick of it trying to figure out how to get out of the situation. The bills come in thick and fast - they want to be paid!
