Yesterday the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) published a report called "Leasehold - A Life Sentence?"
Leasehold - A Life Sentence Survey
The report clearly exposes the magnitude of the Leasehold Scandal.
The outcomes attracted a lot of media attention yesterday including BBC News, Victoria Derbyshire and numerous radio stations.
One of the outcomes of the survey was a staggering 94% of homeowners regret buying a leasehold.

I know we ask a lot of our members by completing surveys and consultations but this is the reason why. The impact of yesterdays media frenzy has helped to raise awareness which is brilliant and has certainly re-ignited the media interest in the leasehold scandal. Thankyou to everyone that took part. Some more good news this week, we managed to get the Leasehold Select Committee Inquiry Extended by a week.
The closing date is now FRIDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER.
