This You Tube video of Ms. Tawnee Preisner was made at the same time Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland ordered www.billygoboy.com and CCABLAC animal welfare advocates to “turn off those video cameras”. Ms. Tawnee Preisner was exercising her constitutional right to free speech in a public park. She spoke out against “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty. It is alleged that Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland attempted to interfere with her First Amendment right. Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland admitted in the Answer to the lawsuit that he was “approached by Horse Show Manager Mr. David Sisk before going down and telling the CCABLAC animal welfare advocates to turn off their video cameras in a public park. Horse Show manager, Mr. David Sisk, is a wealthy “Big Lick” supporter. He has judged the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration more than one time. On August 9, 2016, at a USDA Hearing Mr. Sisk bragged that he owned $500,000 of “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horses. Mr. Sisk won a blue ribbon at the 2016 TWH National Celebration on “Sisko Kid”. Horse Show Manager Mr. David Sisk and his fellow “Big Lick” Millionaires didn’t want Americans with video cameras documenting the “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horses at the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show. Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland told the animal welfare advocate they could be facing “criminal liability” for videoing at the horse show. The following video taken on October 8, 2016, at Asheville, NC, is what Mr. Sisk apparently feared what would made at the Columbia Spring Jubilee, and then circulated around the World.
