We need to join together and stop the developer’s plan to tear down Wayzata’s iconic TCF headquarters building, at 200 Lake St. East and stop the development of a massive complex that will further destroy the character and charm of our city. 

If approved, this new development will effectively block lake views from the west end of Lake Street forever. It will destroy an iconic building and replace it with a repetitive suburban tract development approximately 3.5 football fields in length.
