After Michael Jackson's death this classic 17-minute 3-D motion picture was re-introduced for a new generation in 2010 at Disneyland and eventually EPCOT. It was intended to be around for just one year but it ended up being there over 5 years! That is good staying power and many people enjoy this film and it was a petition to get it back in the parks after Michael Jackson died in 2009. Now that the re-release has run it's course in the theme parks and closed in Tokyo and Paris, I feel it is time for it to remain immortal on home video. If Disney was able to bring back the original 70mm 3-D film to the parks and included it;s original pre-show video, it stands to reason that this could be placed on home video. 3-D Blu-Ray players and 3D-TV's are commonplace now and it is affordable and it would be nice to pass this along to future generations as with all of Michael Jackson's cataloged Music Videos on DVD such as Dangerous, HIStory, Moonwalker, etc. If it could be re-released in theatres; it can be released on video! After all, it has been almost 30 years since it opened, so let's complete his legacy with this release because as it stands, this is the only project of his that has been unavailable, compared to everything else spanning his 40+ year career.
