This place needs to be renovated/revamped this hotel from what it is today.

Since its Beginnings with the park Disney California Adventure it is always been called Paradise Pier Hotel. But when Paradise Pier was changed to Pixar Pier, this hotel stayed the same. As of now the seeming is outdated and it's still seemed to what it was then instead of what it needs to be now. I believe this hotel deserves major attention as in haven't completely renovated and also expand it. The theming of the rooms can be based off Nostalgia Pier hotels with the films that are currently being represented in the land that are That are inside out, Toy Story, Incredibles. Also, I would also love to see other rooms themed to these films that I also want to see come to Pixar Pier represented in small neighborhoods as well. Which are UP, COCO, Monsters Inc, A Bug's Life, Luca, Elemental and Turning RED.

They also can add another section to it with a new private entrance into Pixar Pier like this one that it used to have.

Make it heavily inspired by Hotel Del Coronado in Coronado Beach area of San Diego California. Heck, Grand Floridian can also take inspiration as well. Expanded pool areas with with more pools and exquisite dining options this place will go off. I guarantee it.

And the inspiration for the DVC Villa area, is based off The Loews Coronado Bay Resort.
