After the acorn fell off the cliff, Scrat and Baby Scrat snapped out of their acorn obsessions and started to bond with each other.

Scrat and Baby Scrat then lived in harmony by doing some father-and-son activities.

Years went by until one day, Scrat was so old, he didn't have much time to live, and after he died, his afterlife rose up from his body, and he saw that the acorn hadn't fallen off the cliff, it had actually fallen off a few feet from the cliff.

When Baby Scrat grabbed the acorn, Scrat went back into his body and came back to life so he could starting chasing after Baby Scrat again.
