Let's Convince Disney to Make a "Meet the Robinsons" Live Action Movie
The Issue
Let's Convince Disney to create a Live Action of Their "Meet the Robinsons" movie.
WARNING: *SPOILERS*
Disney's "Meet the Robinsons" movie is such a beautiful and wonderful film that has a special place in my heart and I'm sure in others who watched it as well.
Meet the Robinsons is about a orphan named Lewis who was left at the footsteps of an orphanage ran by a woman named Mildred. Before she left Lewis on the footsteps, she gave him one last hug before knocking the door several times to get Mildred's attention and leaves before she answers the door. Once Mildred comes to the door, she looks to see who it was until she noticed Lewis below her. After she looks around to see who knocked the door and no one was there, she decides to take him into the orphanage. Then, the movie skips to Lewis at 12 years old, soon to be 13 and has a roommate named Goob. Lewis is shown to be a inventor, but they always end up failing, and in a way that fails the several interviews that Mildred scheduled. He gives up after another interview fails and thinks that it's hard to get adopted at his age and Mildred says something about his mom that makes him think she's his only real family and tries to remember her. This gives him an idea to invent something for the Science Fair that is supposed to help you remember something after you punch in the exact date an time. He tried and tried again until he perfected it and stayed up all night making so much noise that Goob got no sleep and lost his very important baseball game which cause him to seek revenge on him and eventually meets a future Lewis's invention called Doris that helps him get his revenge. Goob steals a time machine to go back in time and ruin Lewis's machine and Wilbur tries to stop him and save Lewis.
I watched the movie a couple years ago in my 10th Grade and I remember it being a a wonderful movie. I'm in my last year of school and suddenly got the urge to watch the movie again, and it is still as wonderful a movie as it was the first time I watched it. I'm sure other fans of the movie and myself included would love to see a live action movie of Meet the Robinsons.
My goal for this petition is to convince Disney to make a live action movie of Meet the Robinsons. With enough patience and time, I am confident we can make this happen and convince Disney or at least get them to think about making this Live-Action version of it. Here is how we can do it: We can use any social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, or even in the Comments Section of Youtube videos to ask people if they are a fan of the movie and if they would like to see a live action version of it. Then, ask them if they would like to see a live action version of the movie. Next, ask them to do the same with other people on social media sites and ask them to sign this petition and take screenshots of them saying they want it to happen. After we convince around 500,000 people to sign this petition, I will send the link to this petition and the results to Disney's twitter account and ask what they think about it and if I get enough signatures, hopefully they will consider it.
With enough support, I know we can do this and I hope we all do our best to make this happen. Thank you for taking your time to read this and consider signing the petition.
(Disclosure: When we are successful, I do not want any credit, mention, profit or anything like that. I just want this to happen and I don't want it to be "It was all made possible by me)
