Wander Over Yonder was created by Craig McCracken for Disney Television Animation. The official premiere occurred on the 13th of September 2013 on Disney XD. The show was mainly about Wander, a mysterious being with a magical hat, a cheerful spirit, and a deep desire to help anyone in need. He and his traveling partner, Sylvia, go from planet to planet, helping others and making new friends. The show had excellent writing, a goofy animation style, hilarious stories, and an overall positive feel. However, this show was not given the treatment it deserved.

Craig McCracken had plans to make it a three-season show, but the executives decided to cancel Wander Over Yonder while the second season was in production. Hence, the show never got a third season. This left many fans heartbroken, many rising to action by sending letters and starting petitions to no avail. After the final episode was broadcast on the 27th of June 2016, Disney XD pulled reruns from the network. Later on, they removed the entire show from streaming services.

Now Disney Plus is on the way, and they are building up a large list of timeless classics and new titles available for streaming. However, there is no sign of Wander Over Yonder being added to the list. The time has come to prove to the Disney executives that Craig McCracken's masterpiece deserves a place on their streaming platform. If all goes well, we may even convince them to make that third season. Let's make it happen!
