The Disney Store in Highcross is set to shut this month. The company said its Leicester branch would cease trading in early January. 

The store has put smiles on children's and adult's faces for years and years! It's closure would be a real shame. I am creating this on behalf of my daughter, who MUST visit the Disney store every time we are in town. 

The nearest store after Leicester is in Nottingham, much too far for families to travel to experience a little Disney magic.
