Disney CEO Bob Chapek is slowly destroying Disney Parks & Resorts

He is under staffing these locations, reducing quality, forcing longtime quality employees to retire or find another job. He is only worried about lining his pockets reducing overhead & increasing profit margins. He doesn't care about customers or employees nor what Walt & Roy intended these places to be.

Many of the employees who have created the ideas and magic are being forced out. The Resorts & Parks quality is slowly declining from the appearance & up keep to the food quality and everything in-between. If he isn't removed ASAP these places will cost a small fortune for a no frills product! The prices have already risen and the quality is already subpar and massively under staffed in all departments.
