This video shows Scrat's best moments in 5 Ice Age movies and 2 Ice Age TV specials. And according to J.D. Sanders, If they bring our favorite saber-toothed squirrel back, they'd need permission from Ivy Silbertstein, the original creator of Scrat. And I suggest we should ask her nicely to bring Scrat the squirrel back. It's best if we all settle this dispute together. 

But Ivy also needs to agree before Scrat can be in seventh film of the Ice Age franchise, and in the new Disney Plus series called Scrat Tales.
