• Horrific acts of killing dogs and cats have been happening in the city of Algiers since decades. The population of Algiers tried many times to stop the massacre without results. The people who are doing this barbaric acts try to justify their inhumane actions by saying it is done for sanitary purpose which is a lie. There are many ways to solve the issue of straight dogs and cats in the city yet the people in charge refuse to corporate. 

We the people of Algiers ask for the immediate END of these barbaric actions against the animals.
