In Victoria college, I think we should have some freedom to use phones at school. I believe that using phones is not a distraction from out learning, but instead allows us to quickly access information and enchances our learning. That is if phones are used appropriatly; of course, as nay missuse of mobile devices should be controlled. Nevertheless, the use of phones greatly benefits students in their studies and general life, so taking them away at certain times of day shouldn,t be allowed.
