A principal has been keeping a black student in a cement cage, the school district somehow approves of this and lets it happen. This is not okay at all. 

Can you imagine how traumatizing this must be for a child? It's inhumane yet somehow approved by the district. There is no reason to justify this behavior at all.

Not only is this racism, but abuse also. 

The thing we should be aiming for is for the certain staff to be jailed, we can't just let them roam free.
