This petition is important for historical recognition of who we are as a people. The Trust has a mandate to the people of this country to help the disenfranchised, stimulate the economy, help with the mandate of our ancestors as the Overseers of the Poor -which has led to various denominations of Churches we have in America today. Pay the debt obligation that has been Section 3111 of Title 31 of the United States codes authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to use money received from the sale of an (debt) obligation and other money in the general fund of the Treasury to buy, redeem, or refund, at or before maturity, outstanding bonds, notes, certificates of indebtness, Treasury bills, or saving certificates of the United States Government. For the purposes of the part, we refer to these outstanding (debt)obligations "Securities"
