Supporters, we need your help to raise awareness, help spread the word and get more supporters for our petitions.  Why are they demanding that I, we, be silent?

If there is no problem, then they should just do the DNA mold testing throughout the school and confirm they have no toxic mold in the building.

Received May 16, 2022.

"Dear Mr. Lee:

The purpose of this letter is to demand that you cease and desist your continued spreading of false and
misleading information related to the indoor air quality at County Meadows Elementary and Woodlawn
Middle Schools. When first notified of your concerns regarding the potential for a mold problem at the
schools, the District immediately retained an environmental expert to analyze the situation and make
recommendations as to whether any remedial actions were required. You received a copy of that report
from last fall which indicated that there were no mold problems that needed remediation and the indoor air
quality exceeded the outdoor air quality. Despite this, you have continued to make public statements that
the buildings needed remediation.

Since that time, the District has re-engaged our expert environmental consultant as well as consulted with
legal counsel. I have attached the most recent correspondence from our environmental consultant which
reaffirms their opinion that the indoor air quality at both schools exceeds standards and that there are not
any issues related to mold. We also asked that our consultant review the purported tests you submitted,
and they concluded that these are not appropriate as a scientifically valid method to test the indoor air
quality at the schools.

Your continued insistence to make these false claims is causing a disruption to the District’s ability to
provide for its students and staff and is spreading misinformation to the community. We therefore demand
that you cease and desist from any further actions in this regard.

Very truly yours,

Julie Schmidt
Superintendent"
