To Every Member of UTRGV, Be it a Student or Faculty,

The University is lacking food diversity inclusion on campus. Our multi-cultural campus hosts students that consider themselves Vegetarian or Vegan for either cultural or personal purposes. We are demanding the executive branch at UTRGV to allow a local vegan/vegetarian friendly establishment to be present at our main Edinburg campus for those students that cannot enjoy the current meat-based locals at campus. 

BY SIGNING THIS PETITION YOU HEARBY SUPPORT AND DEMAND THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS RIO GRANDE VALLEY TO IMMEDIATELY ACT ON RESOLVING THIS ISSUE BY ESTABLISHING A VEGAN RESTAURANT AT THE MAIN CAMPUS.
