Bring back Scott Fisher’s “Hook 'emmmmmmmmmm Horns” to DKR football games!

Scott’s on-field forecast is an icon. It is great to be aware of the weather conditions, but more importantly, Scott creates a great, upbeat environment at DKR stadium like no other. Scott Fisher is a mainstay that all University of Texas Football fans look forward to when attending the games (as seen by this video).
