We think all Edinburgh University students should have access to the best kind of learning resources available to them.

Some Schools in the University of Edinburgh record lectures and put them online afterwards, but not all Schools do this.

We think it's important for to make video and/or audio recordings of lectures available to all students because they:

• - Help students to revise for exams
• - Make classes more accessible for students with disabilities
• - Make classes more accessible for students who are ill and miss lectures
• - Make classes more accessible for students with caring responsibilities
• - Benefit international students
• - Allow students to learn about other subject areas that might interest them
• - Strengthen students' ability to learn and revise across subject areas (e.g.  Physics students will be able to access Maths lectures)
• - Make it easier for you to learn from world class researchers at the University

EUSA's VPAA, Alex Munyard and the Academic Committee would like all Schools in the University to record lectures and make them available online. If you agree then sign the petition and share it with others. We will use this petition to show the University the strength of support for online lecture recordings.
