There is a 14-day strike happening by our lecturers. During the strike, lectures and tutorials will not be taking place greatly affecting third years. With dissertations and assignments fast approaching this lack of support will hinder not only education and learning but well-needed support from our lecturers. 

I and those who sign this petition are asking for an extension on all deadlines. Due to the 14 day strike, we propose a 2-week extension on ALL deadlines.    

It is one thing that our lecturers are being mistreated by the university and are forced to strike to be heard, but it's also another to let the students be left without support or education during this time.
