WE ARE ASKING FOR: A FORENSIC RADIOLOGY REPORT FOR PROJECTILE INJURY, AN OFFICIAL BALLISTICS FIREARM CRIME SCENE RECONSTRUCTION ANALYSIS TO BE PERFORMED OUTSIDE THE PURVIEW OF THE MANATEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER LOCAL OR STATE AUTHORITY.

The mistakes made in the prior investigation should not be swept away just because (MCSO) in Bradenton, Florida made wrongful decisions.

WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT ALL HAPPENED TO ELIAS!!!

It is essential that The Department of Justice conducts an independent investigation to determine the cause of death.   

On a Monday, January 27, 2014 at about 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. the Manatee County Sheriff's Office reported a suicide, but in Elias Guadarrama’s death it looked more like foul play. He was 22 years old.  From the police report, crime pictures and witnesses nothing matches up to a suicide. (Including the bullet never exited from the entry wound.)

 Elias lay for hours dead, next day around 3:00a.m.,  Elias’s mother was not allowed see her son Elias at the crime scene. She went all morning looking for her son’s body. At 9:30 a.m. She found the crime scene were happen, there she saw a GUNSHOT HOLE in the wall, right next to the area Elias died. Upon reviewing the day of Elias’s death, she began to realize the facts were not adding up to Elias's death as a result of suicide. She says Elias never carried a gun or any other weapon. Two hours earlier before Elias's incident started at 8:00 p.m., he wanted to tell his mother something, but he hesitated and looked worried. She questioned,” was Elias life was threatened?” And she began to feel afraid for her own life.

Elias was an only child, a church member, was strongly against suicide,  no sign of suicide or depression, was also attending State College Florida -Manatee full time, pursuing a degree as a Physical Therapist. He had a 401K plan, this showed he was a hard worker and wanted to live, with a desire to succeed in life before Elias’s life was tragically cut short.

When incident began about 10:00 p.m., a policeman approached Ms. Tucker when she exits the Elias truck at her house. Elias turns his phone on and turns off his truck, while exiting the truck police instructed Elias to move behind the truck. Then police directed to Ms. Tucker also, by saying “get in your fucking house,” at time Elias began running from authorities with his phone on.

On the police report, the first officer alleges in his reported According to the police report following to the pursue of the chase; two more officers in their vehicles confronted Elias when he cut into a block, they began to run behind him and both tripped and fell. These two officers claim my son was running when they fell and Elias fired a gun at them once, then stopped and went to the ground into a kneeling position  between some homes proceeded to shoot at police two more times and ran away. This chase took place for thirty minutes, through several blocks more while police chased Elias. Police were ordering all by-standers to get in their home, and then policemen cornered Elias behind a duplex’s home. According to the three police officers there they witnessed Elias lying on his back on the ground with a 38 revolver undercover gun on a contact range to the right side temple of his head, then shot himself and then the gun falls on top of Elias’s chest.

Now, even after policemen were seeing Elias gasping and dying on the ground they still felt the need to turn him over to his stomach and handcuffing him, claiming they felt “threatened.” The owner of the 38 revolver undercover  belong to a person as witness use by police.             All the policemen also, allege never shooting back at all that night and none of the three bullets fired in the beginning were not recovered, but in crime scene picture shows they were indeed shooting. 

ON THE AUTOPSY AND CRIME PICTURES

1. Elias had a very small wound on the left side temple of his head.           
2. The right side wound on Elias’s head DOES NOT look like a entry, but more like a exit wound.                                                                              
3. No gun residue or blood on his right hand, arm or gun.                          
4.  Right side of the head wound, the blood is running upward, when blood should be dropping downward if Elias was lay down on his back.               
5.  Police had gun residue on his hand with his gun print.                            
6.  and extra proof on more.......  

Three days later- A detective from (MCSO) mention "one of officers is a sniper and he is a really good shooter.” 

It has been more than two years; Elias’s mother has struggled to get answers for the death of her son and exhausting without enough coverage from the media to get help. She hiring lawyers, investigators only to be misled. Elias did not have a proper investigation for his death.

NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!!!   

Family Independence Forensics Pathologist says "On the autopsy pictures it shows that it dose not consist to suicide."  It seems very suspicious everyone that attempts to help her suddenly stops helping. Also, there is suspicion of police attempted for cremation to Elias’s body.

Emergency Medical Services Report Results is an entry and exit wound on Elias’s head.

The United State Department of Justice should oblige and grant a full Independent Investigation into this crime. It is in the interest of justice for an outside, disinterested party with the proper legal authority to assume jurisdiction over this investigation...to avoid any appearance of impropriety or concealment.  

Constantly, we see suicide cases not being investigated properly especially when police are involved in the crime, because the police officers have the privilege of investigating themselves and covering their tracks. We are in need to change the BROKEN SYSTEM to have Closure and Justice.

We can begin here. We can begin to find out what all happened to Elias the night he died and get Justice...at least for Elias’s soul to rest in peace.
